Aluminium casing

Robust aluminium enclosures for demanding industrial environments. Whether punched, milled or made from extruded profiles – we manufacture your custom enclosure. Aluminium offers optimal protection with low weight and excellent heat dissipation. Available in various protection classes from IP54 to IP67. Ideal for electronic components, control units and operator terminals in mechanical and plant engineering. Surfaces anodised, powder-coated or unpainted – depending on requirements. Kunststoffgehäuse

Plastic enclosures made from polycarbonate or ABS for versatile applications. Impact-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and electrically insulating. These materials are particularly suitable for applications in the food industry, medical technology, or where metal-free solutions are required. Polycarbonate scores with high transparency for inspection windows, while ABS impresses with its ease of processing. Protection ratings up to IP66 are achievable. Colouring according to RAL or individual specification is possible. Manufacturing from a single piece according to your plans.

Polyester casing

Glass fibre reinforced polyester (GRP) enclosures for the toughest conditions. Particularly resistant to chemical influences, UV radiation, and extreme temperatures. Ideal for outdoor installations, plant construction, and aggressive environments. The highest protection classes up to IP68 and NEMA 4X can be easily implemented. The material combines mechanical strength with electrical insulation. WS-1000

The modular WS-1000 system combines flexibility with standardisation. Base housings in various sizes can be individually adapted with add-on components. Front panels

Front panels are the face of your enclosure. We manufacture them precisely according to your layout: milled, stamped, or laser-cut. Materials range from aluminium and stainless steel to plastic. Cut-outs for displays, push-buttons, rotary switches, and connectors – placed with millimetre precision. Surface finishing by anodising, powder coating, screen printing, or laser engraving. Colouring according to RAL, Pantone, or your corporate design. Integration of keypads, foil overlays, or touchscreens is possible. Every front panel is individually manufactured – whether prototype or series. The highest precision for professional appearance and functionality.
